Terms of Service

Welcome to Beijing Baixing Zhike Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, and website services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Collaboration Models

Our company offers three primary engagement models for global partners:

A. Project Proxy Operations: We act as the official operator for third-party mobile projects, managing global publishing, localization, and user acquisition via revenue-share or fee-based agreements.

B. Custom R&D Services: We provide end-to-end technical development (Software as a Service) based on client specifications. Intellectual property rights for custom projects are governed by individual work-for-hire contracts.

C. Self-Developed Ecosystem: Users may access our proprietary applications which feature in-app purchases (IAP), subscriptions (SaaS), and ad-supported models. All virtual goods remain the property of the company until consumed.

2. User Obligations & Monetization

Users must comply with all Google Play Store and Apple App Store billing and subscription policies. We do not process payments directly and are not responsible for app store billing errors. Virtual items and VIP statuses are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by local law.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI/UX designs, SVG graphics, and game logic are the exclusive property of Beijing Baixing Zhike Trading Co., Ltd. and its licensors, protected by global IP laws.

4. Legal Disputes & Governing Law

We strive to resolve any disputes amicably. However, should legal action be necessary:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC) or the competent courts in Shunyi District, Beijing, for resolution.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beijing Baixing Zhike Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our global mobile services.
